Andrew is a skilled attorney at Davis & Snyder with a diverse legal background, offering over a decade of experience in both criminal law and civil litigation. Since joining the firm in March 2020, his practice focuses on personal injury litigation and medical malpractice defense, where he represents both individuals and healthcare professionals with the same level of commitment, integrity, and determination.
Andrew is passionate about helping injury victims and their families recover the compensation they deserve after life-altering accidents. He handles many different types of injury cases, such as those involving car and trucking collisions, dangerous property conditions, and defective products — always fighting to protect his clients’ rights and help them move forward after difficult circumstances.
At the same time, in his healthcare defense practice, Andrew defends doctors, nurses, and other medical providers against malpractice claims and regulatory matters. His deep understanding of the healthcare industry, combined with his extensive courtroom experience, enables him to deliver strong, strategic defenses in even the most complex and high-stakes cases.
Andrew's unique understanding of medicine, treatments, and procedure allow him to be a valuable asset to both victims of negligence and healthcare professionals. Additionally, his extensive work in medical malpractice defense gives him a deep rooted understanding of the intricacies and strategy of insurance companies that serves as a beneficial tool when advocating for injured clients.
Before joining Davis & Snyder, Andrew honed his legal skills as an Assistant Solicitor in Greenville County, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience. During his four years at the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, from misdemeanor offenses such as shoplifting to serious felonies like armed robbery. Andrew’s time as a prosecutor also included managing the New Start Program, a collaborative initiative with The Phoenix Center and FAVOR that gave simple possession drug offenders the opportunity to rehabilitate and avoid criminal convictions.
A native of Greenville County, Andrew attended Presbyterian College where he majored in History and minored in Biology. He earned his law degree in May 2015 from Charleston School of Law and was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in November 2015.
Andrew is married to his wife, Jamie. In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, and playing with his dog Jackson.
